Even in MoP this is true. 12 Folded for 5 skills, 2.4 per skill is really cheap, making this the levelling efficient plans from 470 to 484. This should be done by making this 470-475, then make 4x the Obsidium Skeleton Key till 479, then make this for 484. In theory working with keys up to 485 is probably best, but this can sell for quite some gold too.
