TheWoWDBThese guys I believe are craftable at 450 also in addition to the bracers, I could be wrong I wasn't exactly paying attention to that part. They follow the same random enchant as the previous items, however, they carry the same numerical values as their mail counterparts, even though they are leather. I made 6 of these things: Undertow, Zephyr , Galeburst, Windflurry, and Wavecrest.
Undertow - 198 stamina, 132 intellect, 88 haste, 88 spirit
Zephyr - 198 stamina, 132 agility, 88 haste, 88 mastery
Galeburst - 198 stamina, 132 agility, 88 hit, 88 expertise
Windflurry - 198 stamina, 132 agility, 88 crit, 88 haste
Wavecrest - 198 stamina , 132 intellect, 88 mastery, 88 spirit.Not too shabby for Feralies, Trees, and Boomkins to an extent, depending ones taste between crit and haste.
