Did 130 quests down in Vashj'ir started with 485 or so skinning, managed to get 12 scales during these 130 quests, rare drop at least in this zone, and to make it even better the stats are random :(
It's so silly mats in this craft. I'm leveling my shaman right now and like to craft 2 of these, one with melee stats and one with healing stats. Thing is, the deepsea scales costs around 30-35g each on my server, so its like 1,8k gold for each craft. Yeah, like thats gonna happen.
