TheWoWDBHmm...Stamina? That seems kinda odd. Perhaps they haven't added the other stones yet? The Mastery + socket seems nice, but Stamina is useless to DPS/Healer.

Create this at skill 509. It provides +5 skill points and get you to 514
For the record, when you hit 500 Alchemy making this will give you 5 skill-ups. So will the Flask of Enhancement.
BUT the problem is if you make the Stone first, the Flask will no longer give you 5 skill-ups; making the Flask first will give you 5, then the Stone after will still give you 5.
So make sure you create this second! Otherwise you'll not only miss out on 5 easy skill-ups, you'll waste a lot more money on mats. :(
