Rather Funny U can wear it at lvl 81 but how will you get a chaos orb at lvl 81?

I know in BC the profession orbs were BoP to start and were unbound later, many people are assuming(I among them) that these will be unbound in later patches as well. I think the wrath orbs were bound at the start as well, tho not positive.
