Hopefully blizz makes it so there are only a few very high lvl items better then this for a hunter or enhance shammy, I want to be able to make these and equip them and not have to worry about getting a better head slot item in the next random dungeon, just like all the goggles before.

Well, these are item level 359, which is the same as the first tier raid gear. So I don't think you'll surpass them in the first dungeon, but they certainly won't last you through the entirety of cataclysm.
