The "Flip Out" spell originates from Real Ultimate Power, a site about ninjas.

You can only catch the deviate fish to make this in the Barrens with 50+ skill in fishing. You do not have to be in Wailing Caverns to catch deviate fish, but you will find the rate of catching them inside the caverns much more to your liking than outside. You can, however, catch them at any of the ponds in the Barrens, but not from the ocean.
