If you're a scribe, you would be best served by selling these instead of using them yourself; it's a far more lucrative proposition. With regards to the task of selling them, you might find the following macro helpful for advertising their availability:
/script n, fcook= GetItemInfo('item:60838:0:0:0:0:0:0:0'); na, fcard= GetItemInfo('item:60844:0:0:0:0:0:0:0'); SendChatMessage("WTS: "..fcook.." 25g, chance at getting 5000g vendor "..fcard.." or 1000g, 200g, etc. versions.","channel",nil,2);
The macro above (all on one line - no line breaks) will place the following text into trade chat (assuming it's channel 2 - if not, change the last number in the macro to the correct channel), with proper item links for both the card you flip and the most valuable of the two epic vendor cards:

WTS: [Mysterious Fortune Card] 25g, chance at getting 5000g vendor [Fortune Card] or 1000g, 200g, etc. versions.

I'm not sure it's the most efficient macro ever written, but it works well and, mainly due to the epic item linked within it, will get you a lot of eager customers.
