TheWoWDBTo clear up any confusion, the apparent reason behind having the Field Dressing and Dense Embersilk both at 525 and having both healing the same amount is to simply give us something to do with all the Heavy Embersilk bandages it takes to get to 525.
The Dense Embersilk Bandage takes 3 Embersilk, while the Field Dressing takes 2 Heavy Embersilk Bandages which is the equivalent of 4 Embersilk, so the Field Dressing will just be used to convert all of the Heavy made to reach 525 First Aid to Dense and after that it will just sit around collecting dust.

I had this ability and even have some in my bag that I made, but with the latest update I've unlearned the skill, along with the Field Dressing.
I had the same thing happen; just need to go retrain them from First Aid trainer. :)
