For the sake of being completely anal, this story of "Pyramond and Theleste" would more accurately be a reference to the myth of Pyramus and Thisbe, which was recorded in Ovid's Metamorphosis. Shakespeare would retell this story of star-crossed lovers in "Romeo and Juliet" and actually wrote a comic retelling of the original Pyramus and Thisbe story into "A Midsummer Night's Dream." I know, who the hell cares?
