In short, this is the item that scribes are going to be able to create and keep selling long after people have collected all their glyphs. smart move in not completely killing the Glyph market since people won't be buying stacks of glyphs to switch in and out for fights. Now you'll just need stacks of this powder instead.
I think that more glyphs are on the way to keep the profession alive. Or they have to make this powder pretty hard to get.
