Set is the God of darkness, death, chaos and the like (Set has many variabilities in the name like Seth and Seteth)
Ra is the God of the Sun, he was thought of being the creator (as in THE creator) of the major Gods in Egyptian Mythology.
Amun is a God who created himself and 'merged' with Ra to become Amun-Ra, God of divinity and truth. (Before becoming Amun-Ra, he was a diety of the poor and unfortunate).
