Well... ...we can do a Black Embersilk Gown :). And no, they shouldnt: Tailors have to buy and their high-end recipes for a Dreamcloth, which made otherwise has a 1 week CD. Whereas BS can buy them with bars - from no-CD smelt ore. And these recipes furthermore requires even more of the CD-bound Dreamcloths (4 or 6 each). Not mentioning doing spellthreads (1 Dreamcloth). So this is the way for tailors to "get their stuff done" - in reasonable time - wouldn't you think?
As of patch 4.3, seems to require 4 chaos orbs to make, rather than 5
