Pre 4.2 this is a very good shield. With 3 ilvl 359 shields, the crafted, this one, and the Nefarion drop, I would place this in second place for warriors. An excellent shield nonetheless though.
Tooltip
Turtles are ancient creatures that have changed little over the eons. There are three main categories: sea turtles, land tortoises and fresh-water-dwelling terrapins. This shell is probably from a tortoise, though it is nigh impenetrable and would make a fantastic, if slightly silly, shield.
