Rogue Blingatrons are brought to the upper world by ignorant adventurers in Gnomeregan.

Every time one of the large red buttons around Mekgineer Thermaplugg is pushed, another bling is grabbed by by the underground automated mining machinery in The Caverns of Living Steel and deposited in a currently unvisited landmark by us crust walkers. Undoubtedly an army of blings has been gathered... waiting for something to command them.

Now and then a bling goes crazy, flys up into the sky and blows itself up, scattering its parts across the planet, and that is how you sometimes find odd machine parts that other loch dwelling monstahs have picket up, such as a Central Power Unit, or Mark of the Khor.
