Rogue only easter egg using this ability
The item is Survivor's Bag of Coins. It throws you high in the air; you can throw multiple coins, allowing you to bounce all over the place! It even works while flying for super-sonic flight. Great item for wpvp, too.
I learned about it on this Reddit thread, which gives some backstory to the NPCs involved:
http://reddit.com/comments/1c8ko9Here's how you get it. You will need two minor glyphs equipped, Glyph of Detection and Glyph of Disguise. Fly over near Ravenholdt and figure it out.

Look for an NPC called Reislek's Ghost. (He is about 100 yards south of Ravenholdt Manor on one of the mountains) Pickpocket him so you take on his appearance. Go to the basement of Ravenholdt and use the Detection spell. A ghost appears, talk to him and get your reward. Have fun!

There has been some confusion on the forums concerning this Glyph and it's important to note that Detection does NOT improve Stealth Detection, but increases your chance to detect targets that have cast Invisibility, such as the old Warlock spell [spell=11649]. While you may have an easier time detecting a [class=8], Detection will not help you find a [class=4], [class=11], nor [class=3], all which use the "Stealth mechanic."
Currently, you can cast Detection in or out of Stealth and the animation is that of the fabled, "Swirly Ball," the animation associated with Detect Traps before it was made a passive ability in Patch 1.11. Without the ability to spam, rogues have complained of boredom during raid down-times and missing the animation altogether. With the introduction of [spell=51723] almost three years later in Wrath of the Lich King expansion, rogues experienced some relief, limited by the ability's energy cost. Now, with no cooldown nor energy cost associated with Detection, rogues may feel free to run rampant through the streets of their favorite faction city or raid while reliving the days of Vanilla and being the envy/annoyance of all their non-rogue friends once again.
Swirly Ball is back.
That is all.
