ONLY GOBLIN ENGINEERS can learn how to make this recipe...so u need 1 common parchment and 1 engineer's ink for THE RECIPE...then u need an alchemist and 1 firebloom, 1 volitile rum and 1 leaded vial to make the fuel...then u need an engineer again for the respective item
