TheWoWDBRank 2 and 3 is purchasable from Dazzerian Nazjatar pvp quartermaster for 2 and 4 Marks of Honor respectively. Which BTW is crazy as it helps with engineering gains from 150 to 175. This item and the Notorious Combatants Stormsteel Destroyer are the only two you can gain from around 160 or so. Some people don't pvp so this is a like trying to force someone into it. pffft. Anyway that's where you find the schematic for rank 2 and 3.

2 marks of honor is like 10 minutes of doing 2v2 arenas, which btw will be extremely low rating vs other people your skill evel. How do you think pvpers feel needing to spend literally weeks doing pve content just to be able to compete in pvp with optimal gear.
