This may just be me, but some people call this spell "Piggymorph".
This polymorph is the same thing like a sheep but it's a Pig. :)
You can get this spell from the Archmage Xylem in Azshara.
You need to finish the quest "Warlord Krellian" and after Xylem will give you the quest "Fragmented Magic". You will need to sheep some Spitelash and wait 1 or 2 seconds , a mini sheep will spawn, kill 50 of this sheep and the quest is finish , return to Xylem and you will get the spell. The pig have different color :p
Tooltip
Transforms the enemy into a pig, wandering around incapacitated for 1 min. While affected, the victim cannot take actions but will regenerate health very quickly. Damage will cancel the effect. Limit 1.
Only works on Beasts, Humanoids and Critters. When critters are affected, can affect multiple targets, and has a duration of 1 day.
