Actually, runeforged weapons are considered "enchanted." It's either a runeforged weapon or an enchanted one. However, runeforges are free, and are more "personalized" to the Death Knight. That said, there will likely be situations where an enchanted weapon is better than a runeforged one.
You start off knowing two, Rune of Cinderglacier, and Rune of Razorice, and you learn more as you advance through the levels.
