TheWoWDBAs no doubt the comments on the actual item [item=31832] will tell you. This mount is obtained in Outland - Nagrand by becoming exalted with the [faction=978] faction.
As a result of this the mount is quite a rarely seen sight, mainly due to the fact that most players use flying mounts now anyway, but secondarily because not a large amount of players have gone for being exalted with Kurenai.

Actually the Kurenai Rep for these is required for Alliance players only. For Horde players you will have to be Exalted with the Mag'har, but the same mounts are available.
