In 6.0.3, currently this item is bugged and will allow you to also use this item on NPCs. Someone on Mannoroth is moving NPCs such as Training Dummys and Auctioneers all around Ashran LOL.
Finally I can as an eng. mess with those blasted priests that "life grip" me off of elevators all the time.
