Was Researching Demo Warlock before starting in Legion. I kept coming across references to
'Thal'kiel's Consumption' spell use in rotations.. For the life of me, I could not find out where it
came from.. For those who are curious, it comes from your Artifact offhand 'Skull of the Man'ari'.
Turns out, if you enchant your offhand weapon to one of the Skull of Man'ari Legion artifact appearances, You'll still hear Thal'kiel whisper to you every so often. Happened to me in Dreanor at least.
