- Nymrissa Wavecaller drops 1 piece of this set (Shoulder). Adventure Guide map pin: 51.6, 54.0 on the The Tidebound Grotto map. Nymrissa Wavecaller commands the restless sea itself, concealing her lair beneath shifting tides. Those who dare uncover her sanctuary find her murloc minions eager to answer their mistress' call.
Guided by the dark whispers of Malacrass, Zul'jan has freed the forgotten broods of Ula'tek from their prison. As the monster's power grows, Zul'jarra calls upon the Champions of Azeroth to descend into the Vaults of Atal'Utek to stop her brother before the weapon is unleashed upon Azeroth.

Within The Chamber of Virulence, Vashnik the Malignant distills Ula'tek's venoms into ever more lethal forms. The creature lurks in its noxious chamber, brewing foul toxins to empower its brood.
- The Twin Fangs drops 1 piece of this set (Hands). Adventure Guide map pin: 50.2, 57.3 on the The Venomous Abyss map. The first of Ula'tek's blood, Vexhul and Ithraz brood beneath a roiling sea of venom deep within the vault of Atal'Utek. Any foolish enough to enter the prison's inner chamber risk their monstrous jaws and toxic strikes.
- The Coiled Altar drops 1 piece of this set (Waist). Adventure Guide map pin: 50.1, 77.2 on the The Venomous Abyss map. The spirit of Malacrass will not release his grip on Zul'jan so easily. At the Coiled Altar, the shaman commands the warrior to enact the final ritual to unleash Ula'tek on the Amani--for revenge, and to gain their promised reward.

- 2 pieces (Holy): Infusion of Light increases the healing of Flash of Light by an additional 100% and the absorb from Greater Judgment by an additional 100%.
- 2 pieces (Protection): Consecration is 30% larger and enemies within your Consecration are illuminated, increasing the chance for your abilities to critically strike them by 5%.
- 2 pieces (Retribution): Divine Purpose has an additional 10% chance to activate, and consuming it grants Divine Power, increasing Holy damage done by 10% for 12 sec.
- 4 pieces (Holy): Judgment now has a 20% chance to grant Infusion of Light. Holy Light now has a 100% chance to grant Infusion of Light, but its mana cost is increased by 50%.
- 4 pieces (Retribution): Consuming Divine Purpose grants Divine Arbiter, empowering your other Holy Power spenders to unleash an arbiter of light at their primary target, dealing Holy damage and Holy damage to enemies within 8 yds. Cannot occur while Divine Arbiter is active.
