Armor, slots and requirements
Battlegear of Undead Slaying is a plate armor set of 3 pieces covering Chest, Wrist and Hands.
That leaves Head, Neck, Shoulder, Back, Waist, Legs, Feet, Finger and Trinket to be filled from outside the set, 9 of the twelve armor slots.
Every piece is item level 70.
Wearing the set
The set has one bonus and it needs 3 of its 3 pieces.
The top bonus needs all 3 pieces, so there is no piece to swap out while it is held.
