Armor, slots and requirements
Madcap's Outfit is a leather armor set of 5 pieces covering Neck, Shoulder, Chest, Wrist and Trinket.
That leaves Head, Back, Hands, Waist, Legs, Feet and Finger to be filled from outside the set, 7 of the twelve armor slots.
The pieces run from item level 65 to 68.
Wearing the set
The bonuses come in at 2, 3 and 5 pieces, out of the 5 pieces this set can put on a character at once.
The top bonus needs all 5 pieces, so there is no piece to swap out while it is held.
