Names, quality, item level, required level, slot and type are the client's own fields. "New" compares item ids with the Classic Era client (build 1.15.9.70003). Internal placeholder rows are left out.
What this list cannot tell you: drop sources, vendors and quest rewards live on the game servers in a 1.x client, so they are not in these tables. Beta data can change in any build before launch on November 4, 2026.
