How it works
Each cast of Mortal Strike costs 30 Rage. Casting it triggers a 1.5 sec global cooldown.
Mortal Strike is built from 2 client effects, applied in this order:
- Effect 1 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 118. Its base value is -50.
- Effect 2 is effect type 121, which the datamine does not name. Its base value is 85. It scales with 1 times spell power.
What it does
Mortal Strike is a spell with an instant cast, a range of 5 yards, a 6 sec cooldown and effects that last 10 sec. When cast it applies an aura.
