If you haven't done this achievement yet, go to Deadmines Dungeon. The chain of quests starts with the guy next to the teleporter in the next room and you will get new quest in each boss kill. After killing the Cookie you will get the achievement when you turn in the last quest. The quest chains for both factions are as follows;
Alliance
Horde
