Got this today. and yet I am still over 400 quests not completed just in pre-tbc that im having issues tracking down. Gotten about half of the TBC zones done and the rest at 70% or more. Judging by those numbers the 2000 quest achievement I beleive is doable pre-wotlk. will be a tight squeeze though and probably includes all the honor/token quests like in silithus too which will prove difficult.

Aye, certainly doable pre Wrath. Just completed with over 750 quests undone in old-world alone, and I haven't finished the Outland loremaster achievement either.
I'm going to go out on a limb and say that 2000 is possible before WotLK *or* BC. It certainly seems possible to me- I'm at 1,500 already, and I still have 7 provinces to go.
