Ahn'Qiraj Circuit Advanced: Gold

This was was incredibly tight, I got 68.8s repeatedly before finally getting it down to 67.8s.
One of the things that really helped was using Skyward Ascent twice in a row during the final rise, not just once.

This was a big help. Also take the beginning slow: I started with two double surges, then a skyward ascent to climb up through the third-fourth-fifth rings, and then a steep dive to level off for the next ring. After that, I only hit surge every two rings to conserve vigor until up the stairs, and then I burned the vigor to take the rest of the race fast. The double skyward ascent, when timed right, is a huge lifesaver (don't hit it too early or you'll have to level off to get the ring halfway up the climb).

I have the impression that I'm doing better than all the videos I've seen, but I can't get there in time... =/
