Watch the Chat box for alerts in red when you get in range of a glyph: “Your dragon senses a glyph nearby”.

The glyphs are spread out around the zone with some on the small islands. Thankfully, there are no impossible peaks, as there were in the original Dragon Isles. The achievement lists the locations, but not all location names are printed on the map. Glyphs that share location names aren’t necessarily near each other.

Location types:

• most are located in towers, including tower ruins. The glyph may be hidden under the dome or inside a ruined tower. So you may not spot the golden glow until you are on top of the tower or circling it.
• 
  
• 2 were on mountains — with room to land.
• 
  
• one is on a snowy field.

You can find the glyphs without TomTom waypoints. Sipder2 provides a link to a map with red dots at glyph locations. The dot on the top left represents a small island.

To activate the two new flying abilities, click on the large dragon icon on the mini-map. In the window that opens, click on the box for Dragonriding Skills and Unlocks. In the Dragonriding ability tree, you’ll find the 2 new abilities near the center of the tree in a separate column. Each ability requires flying through 4 glyphs.
