I got the best way to CHEESE it.
Take any character you like.
Personnaly, I took Pelagos, cause his immune is awesome when the criteria are met (Right image of the [spell=333211])
And take the [spell=344918] item.

Start at right for the [spell=336134], opposite of Ortim just dip your feet at the edge of the pool.
If you do it correctly, you'll got stacks without even pulling Ortim !
After 10 Stacks, you get [spell=336033]
1 step out of 3 done

Afterward, do the same trick with [spell=335960]
2 steps out of 3 done, without pulling Ortim !

*Keep in mind the [spell=335982] will refresh itself on you until you go to the [spell=335960], that's why you start with the [spell=336134] and not with the [spell=335960]*
Theres why the [spell=344918] come in play.
You did the 2 steps above right ?
And you didn't pull Ortim ?
You can use the [spell=344918] every 45 seconds to put your HP at 100% !

After that, you have to do the fight normally, BUT, without casting the immune shield of Pelagos. Just take the casting buff (middle one of the [spell=333211])
Keep an eye on your [spell=336369], always be in sight of Ortim to be sure he'll always cast on you and avoid walking in the [spell=335960] or it will remove your [spell=336369].
When you reach the 10 stacks and get the [spell=342266] debuff, you can start immune .
You have completed the requirements and now you can BURN HIM DOWN.

It's sure not the fastest way to do it, but it's the easiest way !

I have finished this achievement as of 2024-11-17! It is still possible to do, all you need to have is a low level character in your party sitting @Chromie.
Many commentors before have figured out, that you can't queue in with party sync while chromie time is active, this is still the case. But you can activate chromie time once you are inside Path of Ascension!
Step 1: Party up and activate Party Sync WITHOUT Chromie Time. Your level on your Kyrian is now set to Level 70.
Step 2: Queue up for Path of Ascension.
Step 3: Let your character at Chromie change the timeline (it seems any timeline works). Your Kyrian is now Level 60.
Step 4: Take your soulbind you are most comfortable with. Take Phial of Serenity as soulbind equipment. Choose Mad Mortimer on easiest difficulty.
Step 5: Get 10 Stacks of Poison and Frost Debuff without triggering the fight, the red orb afks for the whole duration. Heal up to full with Phial of Serenity (might take some minutes)
Step 6: Engage the fight. Afk for a while until you have all 10 Stacks of the fire debuff.
Step 7: Win the fight: Dodge the poison charges. Run away from the frost dude. LoS the red orb cast. Congratz!

You need to complete this on a level 60 character.
As of Dragonflight, any character leveled beyond 60 (68 at the time of testing) cannot complete this achievement.
Frozen and Vomit is simple enough, but the Fire thing requires you hit by a flame attack ten times in a row.
Being above 60 (68 at the time of testing), you will simply resist it frequently. And missing a single application means it times out and falls off.
