Collect and tank [npc=98293] mobs (spawned when Hatecoil uses [spell=193682]) until you have 11 or more, then kill them all with a single [spell=193698] (either when it expires from a party member after 6 seconds, or when it is decursed). The player with the curse must be facing the mobs to kill all 11 together, and should avoid hitting other players with the frontal cone.
