Due BFA released Glory of the Legion Hero achievements now soloable.
How to earn Stay Salty solo:
- Turn on achievement tracking, helps a bit.
- Pull the boss and tank it avoiding tornado.
- You need to tank the boss until she spawned 11-12 [npc=98293]. Usually takes 5+ minutes
- After you got enough let [spell=193698] to kill them at once.
- You may need to spend more time there as the boss often misses with [spell=193698] due your level is 120.
- Small neutral mobs before the boss aren't needed for the achievement, don't waste time.
To track how many mobs are up you may use (thanks for Feliciamarie):/run local t,c="Saltsea Globule",0 for i=1,10000 do local p=C_NamePlate.GetNamePlateForUnit("nameplate"..i) if p and p:IsVisible() and p:GetChildren():GetRegions():GetText()==t then c=c+1 end end print(t,":",c)

This is an easy, yet relatively long achievement to solo.
If anyone's not done the fight before, or only blasted through it without paying much attention to the mechanics, here's a summary:
- [npc=91789] is the second boss in the legion dungeon [zone=8040], which has two other achievements: But You Say He's Just a Friend and Ready for Raiding V
- Before attacking her, you have to kill two [npc=97171], found on the path from the first boss.
- She spawns [npc=98293] with [spell=193682]. She spawns the same number as there are players.
- She casts [spell=193698], which will give you a debuff for 9 seconds. When it expires (or is removed), it will deal damage to everything in a cone in front of you.
- She also casts [spell=193597], which will stun you if you're not on a sand hill. If you're still on a sand hill when you're hit by [spell=193611] it will be destroyed. So, how do you do the achievement? Essentially just run around until you have 11 [npc=98293]s, then hit them all with the cone attack.
General tips:
- Don't try to tank the damage, the damage coming in isn't too bad, but you've got quite a bit of time to wait
- You can start mounted, helps a lot if you have low mobility
- Even if you're not taking damage from globules, the boss' spells still hurt. Having [item=159128] is very useful, especially if you want to stay mounted (~280k healing done by it)
- There's a macro for counting the number of globules, I wont repost it again but it's shown in multiple comments here.
- If you're struggling with health, remember that Coastal Healing Potion, Coastal Rejuvenation Potion and [item=5512] do not share cool downs. (the healthstone can be gotten from proving grounds)
- Bring a friend/guildy or two, it'll half the time
Tip: Walk backwards when you're ready to kill them all. I made the mistake of standing there and waiting for the ability to happen...but they spread out around me, and it didn't kill them all. Walking backwards will keep them in a straight line.
