I've got 10+ of every single artifact EXCEPT for this, which I have 1/5 of. Anyone confirm that I just have horrible luck and not that it's bugged?
Edit: After roughly a total of 110 pandarian artifacts I got my 2nd of this. Guess it's just horrible luck.
