Originally when the [item=116763]was added, the FoS Achievement was not added to the database. Patch 6.1 will add the Crashin' Thrashin' Shredder achievement.
Added in 2014, this new Toybox item is looted from [item=116761] which is a reward from A Winter Veil Gift.

Just looted [item=116763] today from [item=116762] during the 2015 Feast of Winter Veil and obtained the FoS Crashin' Thrashin' Shredder.
On December 25, 2014 (and for a week thereafter)...
[object=187236] offered
A Winter Veil Gift (different from last year but with the same name), which rewarded
[item=116761] (different from last year but with the same name), which contained
[item=116763], the 2014 gift.The Crashin' Thrashin' Shredder Feat of Strength was added in 6.1.
In 2015 the Shredder was replaced by [item=108632] in [item=128653].
It can now be found in [item=116762] from You're a Mean One.../You're a Mean One....
