Tried this many many many times failing for about second, and finally this idea was helpful: when the trajectory goes significanly up (twice in this course) I used Skyward Ascent instead of usual Surge Forward. This gave me speed boost (felt like surge) while also raising height without losing momentum.
I was always using a Whirling Surge right at the start, but it turns out that's too slow, I was always off by 700 ms.
I tried chaining Surge Forward from the start. Beat timer by 3 seconds.
