A bit more detail on locations cos yeah, not familiar with K'aresh yet and it took me a while to find some of 'em.
Flightpoints and Phased portals and use /pet to achieve and /tar name to target them (see gold icon on map)

Tazavesh map - Outside Grand Menagerie (Eastern Octagon building, southern point of that building) is Mar Alley Queen of Tazavesh holding court with other Purrkins while sitting on a crate. Be careful, clicking on her gives "petting" but you have to actually type /pet. /way 61 55

North of Oasis Empurror is UP HIGH on a ledge, /way 73 23
North of Eco Dome Rhovan flight path. K'aresh'ire is where the Grub Stompin quest is. Sitting on the lower branch of the small tree (not the large tree) in the oval plant pot (not the circle one). Vanishes then returns 10 seconds or so /way 70 54
ONLY PHASED ONE Overlook Zo'Shuul The King in Silver is on the ship (jump across) (while the flight point is RIGHT next to the precious puss, use phase point to teleport there then stay phased). /way 48 37
SE entrance of Eco-Dome Primus. Little Miss Phaser is just outside the entrance. Vanishes then returns 10 seconds or so. I think she phases between normal and phased so depends which phase you are in, either way, wait next to Ta'jol Stable master. /way 50 60
Also at Eco-Dome Primus (southern belljar is Atrium) C.T. patrols. I added /tar C.T. to my macro but you'll only take a few seconds more to find our pusskins. For me: /way 47 62
