If you skipped the Reach content, talk to Emberthal at 76.8 38.6 in the forbidden reach. She'll give you the quest "Return to Viridia". Hand that one in to Viridia at Morqut Village (34.6 57.6), and that should complete A Creche Divided.

Right now this seems to be bugged in some way, it states I got all requirements.
Everything is green, also if you link it ingame and inspect it.
Yet it does not give me the achievement.
