The achievement for clearing Icecrown Citadel on normal. Required to unlock heroic (hardmode) Lich King.
World first completed by Paragon of EU-Lightning's Blade. They report the video of the event to be released soon.
Ensidia of EU-Tarren Mill, though they downed the Lich King before Paragon, were stripped of their titles for exploiting the fight through the use of saronite bombs. They refuse to release the video of the event, at times denying one was ever made.

Fall of the Lich King (25 player)
Defeat every boss in Icecrown Citadel in 25-player mode.

As an additional note. Ensidia did not know the saronite bombs were the cause of the bug. Consistent use of them is due to rogues using it as part of their dps rotation, as saronite bombs are off the gcd and so many classes can make use of them for additional dps.
