Defeat every boss in Icecrown Citadel in 10-player Heroic mode.

It is not possible to view this achievement unless you have beaten the normal 10m version of this achievement. If you complete a fight on heroic before you do the full raid on normal (some raids like to do Loot Ship on heroic for better rewards), then you will not receive credit for completing the normal version (unlike, for example, heroic 5mans, in which completing the heroic will give you heroic and normal credit).
As for whether or not the credit will automatically show up once you clear ICC10 normal, I do not know for certain, but I imagine it does.
