It was very hard to get right, but when I did get it right I made Gold by the highest margin of any race - my time was just over 56 seconds on a 62 second clock. Reverse was 1 second faster, so it may be possible to get quicker. Not that I ever intend to try, because I hated this race.
I'm watching your Felwood Flyover Advanced video, and you use Whirling Surge right at the beginning, but it doesn't use up any of your Vigor. How do you do that?
