In case you wonder where you get the cloak from to complete the set and get the achievement. It is sold by an NPC called Ba'choso. You can find him outside of the raid next to the entrance. To purchase the cloak you need 1 Loombeast Silk, which is dropped by the boss Loom'Ithar (once per week, per account) after you reach renown 2 with the Manaforge vendals.
