Accessor-Eyes

For those of you banging their heads against a wall to understand why they won't get the achievement, despite having all the Oracle set pieces, have a look at the "Sets" tab from the “Appearances” menu.

Selecting any sets in there will show you each item taken into account for the set and the one you already collected will be highlighted. The achievement is definitely unclear as you would expect it to refer to the tier set or at least the items part of said set, which may not fit the appearance. Obviously appliable for any achievment related to the appearance sets as listed in comments below.

The 5 Piece, "Tier 2.5" sets from Temple of Ahn'Qiraj - also referred to as the "Brood of Nozdormu" sets:

[class=3] - Striker's Garb
[class=4] - Deathdealer's Embrace
[class=11] - Genesis Raiment

[class=8] - Enigma Vestments

Accessor-Eyes is rewarded for collecting any of the Temple of Ahn'Qiraj Raid sets (was also known as Raid Tier 2.5 set) which consist of 1 tier set per class and which are acquired from quest rewards.

Quests are given by [npc=15502], [npc=15503] and [npc=15504] in [zone=3428] and require Idols and Scarbs which drop in [zone=3428] and [zone=3429], Tokens which drop from bosses in [zone=3428] and reputation with [faction=910].

Note: Some class sets have been added 1-3 items (Wrist, Gloves and Belt) to their set in the Sets interface. These items are not new items, but existing items that matched the missing pieces of the set and were added to this achievement set. These items drop from bosses in [zone=3428] (according to the Sets interface).

Accessor-Eyes is a criteria of Azeroth's Next Top Model.

Note: [class=6], [class=12] and [class=10] classes do not have a set for this tier.
