You can probably get a lot of these from just doing stuff in Nazjatar. In particular, you should get all of the Glowing Arcane Trunks from Trove Tracker, as it seems like the last one you open should give you [item=170477], which can contain items from this list.

I will update as able/discovered. A number of the items are turned in at ~38, 59 to Gloomseeker Yarga, underwater cave, for ~500-1000g. Looks like the first bit on the list is battle pets that drop from various rares.
