Kind of stupid that crafted gear that takes 90 gilded crests, will not count for this achievement, since they're capped at 636...
It takes just as many gilded crests to fully upgrade another item from 619 to 639.
Make crafted gear 639, or make crafted 636 also count for this achievement.`
Edit: This has now been changed by Blizzard in 11.0.7 to also count for 636 gear!

Equip an item of at least item level 636 in every slot during The War Within Season 1.

This macro should show the missing slots. Do note that depending on your class, and choice of weapons, some slots may be reported as lower, e.g. if you use a staff vs main hand + off hand combos:

This FoS now reduces Gilded upgrade costs on alts to 10. Considering there's no longer any crest to upgrade per character, before that buff was implemented this FoS literally just gave a 100 Valor.
