Harbinger of the Weathered

• You get this achievement when all your gear has been upgraded to ilvl593+.
• 
  
• Allows you to trade 90 x Weathered Harbinger Crests for 15 x Carved Harbinger Crests
• 
  
• You can trade them at Vaskarn in Dornogal: /way #2339 51.8 42.2 Vaskarn
• 
  
• After getting the achievement you will receive a mail from Vaskarn with 100 x Valorstones attached

This macro should show the missing slots. Do note that depending on your class, and choice of weapons, some slots may be reported as lower, e.g. if you use a staff vs main hand + off hand combos:

Unlocked this last night, anyone aware of where you actually trade them as the vendor in Dornogal still just has the same 4 options to trade for lower crests?
