Is this Warband? I mean I "get" that you might not tie an achievement to something that was so easy to spam as simply having 4 herbalist alts complete a gathering quest in one week - but what if you wanted the skill points on all your herbalist alts . . . or the moxie or whatever. Seems odd.
The weekly quest will not show up on the same week that you learn Midnight herbalism : \
