This achievement being added in 10.1.7 didn't record data of having used [item=202014] in the past, so players who are maxed specialization are now forced to seek one out. Unfortunately, it seems as if the likelihood of finding one decreases as you advance your specialization - making it extremely difficult to find one for maxed players. Players have reported success having an alt pick herbs in the Isles. WowHead data for most herbs report the pollen's drop chance at 0.2% - but that's with max specialization players collecting data as well, so the drop chance may be higher for new alts (likely 1%). New players to herbalism or players seeking to get old achievements will not have issues with this.

This is the "capstone" specialization reward for your weekly specialization points. This is gathered after collecting the maximum number of [item=200677] allowed - which is all documented in your Herbalism Journal.

Elemental Herbs
Again, you can check your Herbalism Journal to learn more details on each of these individually, but in short:

• Lambent herbs, such as [object=390141], can only be found in the Zaralek Cavern.
• 
  
• Injurious herbs, such as [object=381211], can only be found in war mode.
• 
  
• Frigid herbs, such as [object=381200], can be mostly found in cold environments but may spawn rarely anywhere.
• 
  
• Decayed herbs, such as [object=381198], can be found in the decayed area of The Azure Span.
• 
  
• Titan-Touched herbs, such as [object=381196], are most commonly found in Thaldraszus, but have other locations as well, these are rarer.

All other elemental herbs (Molten, Windy, etc.) are spread throughout the dragon isles but you should find them somewhat-commonly in the Waking Shores.

Other Useful Knowledge

• Writhebark is most commonly found "in wooded areas" such as The Azure Span and The Ohn'ahran Plains. Lambent variants can be found in the Zaralek Caverns.
• 
  
• You can buy seeds such as Decayed Roused Seedling from the auction house, and (if you have unlocked the ability to grow seeds) these can be useful for finding more herbs.
• 
  
• Remember that a decayed herb's poison can be negated by jumping, and a firey herb's flame can be doused by jumping in the water.

Overloading
A key herbalist ability: Overload Elemental Herb can be used to "overload" elemental variants of herbs. Check your spell book for this ability. While it has a long cooldown - this cooldown is dramatically reduced by picking additional herbs.

To get the log achievements for each herb, you need to learn the Lush, Windswept, Frigid, Decayed, Titan-Touched, Infurious, and Lambent version of each herb.

To get Botanist's Log - Overloaded Elements you need to learn the Windswept, Frigid, Decayed, Titan-Touched, Infurious and Lambent overloads.

If you're having trouble finding the Decayed version of each herb, buy some Decayed Roused Seedling and look for Rich Soil. The herb it spawns will count.

It kind of sucks this achievement doesn't mesh with your actual Herbalism Journal and see you have it completely filled out.
